10dünne Truthahnschnitzel

20dünne Scheiben Rohschinken

30Borettana Zwiebeln der Marke Hugo Reitzel

1Glas Peperoni-Mix der Marke Hugo Reitzel

1Bund Petersilie

Olivenöl

Salz, Pfeffer

Wie man Zubereitung

Borettana Zwiebeln und Peperoni abtropfen lassen. Alles grob aufschneiden.

Petersilie waschen und klein hacken. Zur Zwiebel-Peperoni-Mischung hinzufügen.

Die Schnitzel einzeln jeweils auf einem Stück Frischhaltefolie platzieren. Das Fleisch salzen und pfeffern.

Etwas Zwiebel-Peperoni-Mischung auf jedes der Schnitzel geben. Die Schnitzel dann wurstförmig einrollen. Die Frischhaltefolie an beiden Enden verschnüren. Röllchen in ein perforiertes Behältnis legen. Wiederholen Sie diesen Vorgang so lange, bis alle Zutaten aufgebraucht sind.

Im Dampfgarer bei 80°C während 15 Minuten garen. Abkühlen lassen.

Frischhaltefolie entfernen und jede einzelne Roulade mit Rohschinken ummanteln.

Etwas Olivenöl in eine Bratpfanne geben und die Rouladen auf allen Seiten goldbraun anbraten. Rouladen in Scheiben schneiden und mit Salat aus frischen Sprossen servieren.
